BodiDog Design was set up by David Hawkins in 2018.
David saw a graphic design market that often missed the key ingredient of storytelling and decided to do something about it.
He has been a graphic designer for over 5 years, creating beautiful and effective identities and story-telling elements. He’s designed for CEOs and start-ups; and the common theme has always been the need for an individual approach throughout.
He loves to create designs that will make an impact in their market, be that a stadium roof (yes, really!) or a poster in a workplace. His specialism is brand identity, but check out ‘our work’ and you’ll see that his experience ranges much further afield.
He hails from Essex and against all ‘creative-type’ stereotypes is a big believer in tidy desk (tidy mind) and that you can never watch an entire West Wing boxset too many times.

Who is BodiDog?
This is Bodi.
She’s a dog - a golden retriever to be exact. As you’ve probably already worked out, she was the inspiration behind our name.
As muses go, she’s a pretty hairy one, and she can be less muse, and more distraction, when she’s rolling in mud or plotting the downfall of squirrels.
And yet, her constant presence, in her favourite position curled up next to the design desk, is a good reminder that sometimes the best things in life are the simplest.
